Pre-trip Schedule
Wednesday, April 24 3:15 – 4:00 PM Parade rehearsal
Thursday, April 25 3:15 – 4:00 PM Parade rehearsal
INSTRUMENT/LUGGAGE (including CARRY-ON BAGS)/UNIFORM CHECK-IN/MEDICINES (MAIN GYM)
5:40 – 6:00 PM – Section Leaders/drum majors check-in and stay to assist throughout the night
6:00 – 6:20 PM – Seniors
6:20 – 6:40 PM – Juniors
6:40 – 7:10 PM – Sophomores & Freshmen
Check the Trip Packet for list of what you must pack (uniform, black socks, instrument, etc...), as well as what you cannot take
*Please remember to bring cash for two tips: your bus driver and hotel house cleaning.
Friday Morning, April 26:
6:30 AM: Attendance in the Main Gym bleachers
Students carry luggage/equipment and go straight from the main gym to the motor coaches. Students are not permitted back in the building.

Day 1 - Friday, April 26
7:30 a.m. Depart Allison Park, PA. Rest-stop en route.
11:30 a.m. Lunch will be provided. Traditions at Scott Dining Hall, Ohio State University
1:00 p.m. Depart OSU
3:00 p.m. Arrive/Check-In to your hotel, Great Wolf Lodge
5:54 p.m. Dinner will be provided, Great Wolf Lodge (Taco Bar, Beverage, Pudding & Cookies)
6:45 p.m. Depart Hotel.
8:00 p.m. Show, “Six” at Aronoff Center, Downtown Cincinnati
11:00 p.m. Security at hotel
Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Day 2 - Saturday, April 27
8:00 a.m. Breakfast at hotel.
10:00 a.m. Day will be spent at King’s Island. Park Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Lunch will be provided (All Day Dining & Drink Package) Entrée and side, or snack every 90 minutes. Plus all day drinks.

Day 3 - Sunday, April 28
6:30 a.m. Breakfast at hotel.
7:45 a.m. Depart Hotel.
10:30 a.m. Arrival Churchill Downs and change into uniform
10:50 a.m. Group Photo
11:00 a.m. Guided tour and then free time in museum*
12:00 p.m. Boxed Lunch at buses, depart at 12:40PM.
1:00 p.m. Staging/Line-Up, Louisville, KY
3:00 p.m. Hampon H.S. Marching Band to perform in Kentucky Derby Pegasus Parade. Post-parade snacks will be provided.
8:00 p.m. Dinner will be provided. (Pizza, Bread Sticks, Beverage, Sundae Bar, Cookies) DJ Dance.
11:00 p.m. Security at hotel.

Day 4 - Monday, April 29
7:15 a.m. Breakfast at hotel.
8:45 a.m. Check-out/depart hotel. Rest stop en route
12:45 p.m. Lunch, fast-food, Panera Bread/Chick-fil-A
2:00 p.m. Depart lunch
3:30 p.m. Approximate return to Hampton High School.
