Orders due 11pm on the following Thursdays:
       #1: April 30   (May 9 build/deliver day)
       #2: Aug 13    (Aug 22 build/deliver day)  
       #3: Sep 17    (Sept 26 build/deliver day)
       #4: Nov 5      (Nov 14 build/deliver day)
       #5: Jan 21     (Jan 30 build/deliver day)
