Orders Due 11pm on the following Thursdays:
       #1: May 22     ( May 31  build/deliver day)
       #2: Aug 7        ( Aug 16   build/deliver day)  
       #3: Sep 11      ( Sept 20  build/deliver day)
       #4: Nov 6        ( Nov 15   build/deliver day)
       #5: Jan 16       ( Jan 24   build/deliver day)
